The bridge in Pallikaranai is constructed at the intersection of Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road was proceeding briskly and would be completed by September.This bridge was constructed at a cost of Rs.13.2-crore .The traffic which is east tambaram to velacherry can use this bridge and the vehicles from Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam will go under the bridge.If this project gets completed,the congestion in this area will be reduced considerably.
